Screenshot of Carp Harvest Fund websiteThe Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation needed a website setup quickly for a multi-state, multi-agency drive to help reduce the impact of Asian Carp, a destructive, invasive species. The website had to be able to accept donations in variable amounts, provide a donation receipt, and link to their merchant account in a checkout environment that could possibly grow to include merchandise or other donations. Links to the asian carp information pages for other wildlife resource agencies were necessary, as well as to a YouTube video about Asian Carp.

hpdDesign recommended Drupal as a powerful and flexible content management system framework, using e-commerce modules to accept donations. Because of Drupal's flexibility, the website could be built and implemented in a short period of time with all the functionality required. Although there were some initial issues with KFWF's existing hosting server, hpdDesign was able to setup new hosting services with Bluehost that were immediately effective.
